Our A/C broke when the weather started to get hot. We called Adon Complete, and Charles came. He was experienced and professional. He and his crew replaced our 20-year old unit, and our system is up and running just in time for summer. I would recommend Adon Complete for all my friends and neighbors.

The customer called in and stated that his unit is not cooling. Fan is running but no cool air is coming out.

AC Repair. Performed VIP spring maintenance on two 2014 Lennox straight cool with furnace systems. Before performing system check I cleaned both condensers with water. Both units were coated with dust, dirt, and hair. After cleaning condenser coils I performed system checks for both systems. The unit for upstairs is having its TXV freeze up as well as the compressor is making a metal on metal noise. The unit for the downstairs was low on Freon and is making TXV freeze up as well. I suspect the unit for the downstairs to have a leaking coil because of the low Freon level.

Performed heating tune-up found no mechanical failures, however run capacitor was nearing 10% range (possible failure), client chose to take care of it before it became an issue. 5 years parts on Mini-turbo. Other areas of concern are notated in estimates as well as heating form.

Performed service check on HVAC unit. Found master bedroom and living room “high temp†vents are returns to the system, not supplies. Laundry room vent has low airflow due to zone system in place, when both upstairs and downstairs zones are calling for cooling the airflow is distributed to more area providing less airflow. This is normal. Emailed estimates for repairs to be done.
