Verified restriction by checking operating pressures. Pump down refrigerant into condensing unit and evacuated line set where repairs were needed. Replaced TXV, piston, and Bi-Flow filter drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen and bubble leak checked work areas. Vacuumed system to required levels. Ran system and checked refrigerant level. Unit is operating correctly at this time.

Arrived on location customer present. Replaced flue pipe, cap and rain guard on both furnaces from the roof. Fixed flue pipes to proper angle inside attic for both units. Replaced drain pan 30 x 30 on smaller unit/master bedroom unit. Installed pan float switch on both units. Installed T6 thermostat for master bedroom unit to regular type. Replaced 3 filters; 20x30x1, 20x20x1, and 20x20x1. Units are properly working at this time.
