Found unit extremely low on refrigerant, no leak search performed at this time as customer stated he has had ongoing refrigerant problems. Quoted condenser and coil only 14 SEER and 16 SEER NG Complete system change out. Customer stated he will be price shopping and making a decision today.
Found ice head flat on refrigerant, customer to get new ice head from vendor, possibly have us install it. Found reach in cooler inside school to be flat on refrigerant and compressor to have open windings. Customer states not to worry about reach in cooler as he will be replacing it.
Performed tune-up on 1 HVAC system (dual zone) and found a few areas of concern. Please refer to estimates along with tune-up form.
Found failed 60/5 dual capacitor, replaced with turbo 200. Blower capacitor showing weakness, customer did dot want to replace at this time. Need to schedule duct cleaning.
Found failed 45/10 dual capacitor on d/s unit, replaced with turbo 200 with 5 year warranty. Also found unit 6 pounds low on 410A, customer wanted to recharge to see how long it lasts. No leak search performed. Found resettable high pressure switch tripped, reset switch for low voltage. No other mechanical failures found at this time.

*Still Waiting fro internal drain pan. Installation of Secondary drain pan. 7-21-20 Connie Miller made full payment for secondary pan today And primary drain pan that needs to be installed at a later date.
Performed 1 time spring tuneup and found multiple areas of concern. Client will be talking with homeowner about payment. Client will call us back when ready.
Found primary drain pan is cracked leaking water into secondary pan. Will put together a quote for replacement of primary drain pan and secondary pan.
Performed service check on HVAC system and found bad/weak run capacitor for compressor causing unit to fail. Replaced with Turbo200X (5year warranty) and tested system operation. Found no further mechanical issues. Client has been signed up for maintenance agreement and wants us to come back in the Fall to check heating.
Found failed 80/10 dual capacitor, replaced with turbo 200x. No other mechanical failures found at this time, unit not float switch protected against water damage, no sediment trap on gas line. Quoted complete replacement.

Performed service check on system and found bad outdoor run capacitor causing high amp draws on compressor, tripping the breaker. Replaced and tested, added 1 lbs R-410a as system was slightly low.
Found blower door on d/s unit laying on the attic floor, causing unit to suck in attic air. Recommend VIP service agreement, to be included if purchase of new equipment. Will refund todayâ€™s charges with purchase of new equipment.
Change out air handler, filter drier and recharge. Replace shraider cores when changing filter drier. Install date set for 6/27/2020 9 am. Charged unit up with 2 pounds 410A to keep unit cooling until we can install new air handler.
Replace bad TXV with piston to get system up and running for now

Found failed dual run capacitor, replaced with 50/5 dual run capacitor and confirmed proper operation. No other mechanical failures found at this time. Recommended VIP agreement, customer selling home.
Performed a $39 special cooling inspection. Washed out condensing coil. Checked electrical components and Freon. Temperature was at 60Â° outside at time of check of Freon. Drain line is clear at this time. Blower assembly and return Plenum ductwork is dirty. Would recommend cleaning.
