I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my tech was a pretty personable guy and didn't mind explaining answers to any of my questions. He was able to come out same day, and he was also thorough in cleaning my indoor/outdoor fins/coils, and I could tell that he was taking his time trying to do a good job.However.After cleaning my coils and ensuring that my system wasn't freezing up, he and his senior technicians determined that it was a faulty TXV and quoted me a good chunk of money to replace it. Thankfully, I have some very knowledgeable people who disagreed with the diagnosis and I went and got a second opinion. As it turns out, my problem was actually that I had a freon leak in my coils and my system needed 7 pounds of freon to run correctly again. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion, I would have paid for this repair, only to run out of freon again in the near future and pay all over again to replace the coils when my unit inevitably froze up again.I'm giving the company the benefit of the doubt here as I think they were trying to get me back into working order and trying not to charge me unnecessarily by adding more freon to the system, but this was definitely a mis-diagnosis that could have cost me a lot of money.

Update (July 2021):I've used several AC companies and this company by far is the best. I'm so glad I remembered to use them again. Jason the technician was cordial and professional. Found and fixed the issue immediately and the cost was very reasonable. Both times I've used their services, a rep picked up the phone when I called and I was able to set an appointment same day.(August 2020)My air conditioning stopped working sometime during an afternoon nap on a Sunday. Adon sent someone out within 2 hours. Alex was the technician and he displayed a sense of professionalism I haven't encountered in a long time. He was courteous, early, efficient, and very well-mannered. I will definitely be using Adon again and I hope they always send Alex.

The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our issue and got us back to cooling. He was willing to slow down and show me everything he was working on even though it had to be over 100 in our attic. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

My air conditioner quit working and I called several other businesses that were all booked. Adon was completely booked as well, however Glenna in the office squeezed me into their schedule. No other air conditioning service offered to do that. When my technician showed up he was very professional and efficient. Alex was very knowledgable and identified the problem quickly. I am very happy with Adon and Alex and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for service on their air conditioning unit. Alex was the very best and we are so pleased with his work we have requested him for all our future maintenance. Go with Adon and you won't be disappointed.

Great young man, very professional and explained everything he did. I appreciated the experience and the working knowledge of our HVAC system. Maintenance tips, filter requirements, and drainage suggestions were free....ha! ha! Thank you for your fast response.Bill
